Whatever activity you’re doing, whether you’re running, doing yoga, or lifting weights, there’s an app for it. Wonder which fitness apps you should download? Here are a few to try.

Seven-Minute Workouts

Can’t find the time in your schedule for a solid 30-minute workout? If an intense seven-minute session once or twice a day sounds up your alley, you may want to try the Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout. This simple app uses your current fitness level to determine the intensity of the workout. The only equipment you need is a chair. Have time for a longer workout? Many people find that music is a great motivator while exercising. If you like to listen to music while you walk or run, you may enjoy the app Spring.
